A Long Walk Through A Short History is
            set in 1981, when Brisbane was beginning to emerge from its conservatism
            into a city of the Pacific Rim. It traces the journey of flaneur
            Will Traverse as he journeys from a bora ground west of the city
            to the ruins of the Cathedral of the Holy Name and on to a midden
